Additionally, there is a 4% transaction fee per transaction after reaching the cap, with a minimum fee of ₹10,000 and a maximum fee of ₹40,000.
No, you do not have to pay multiple fees if we are licensed in several states. The fee structure remains the same, with a single monthly cloud brokerage fee of ₹2,500 regardless of the number of states in which we are licensed.
There are no royalty or franchise fees at EXP Realty. As an owned brokerage, we do not operate on a franchise model, so you won’t incur any additional costs related to royalties or franchise fees.
Revenue Sharing at eXp Realty allows agents to sponsor new agents to join the company. As a sponsor, you earn a percentage of the revenue from transactions closed by your sponsored agents. eXp Realty pays this revenue share, not the agents themselves. You continue to earn revenue share until your sponsored agents reach their annual commission cap.
Agents can earn up to ₹2,10,000 for each real estate agent they introduce to eXp Realty, based on the sales production of those agents. Additionally, if the agents you sponsor introduce other agents, you will earn a percentage of the revenue from their transactions as well. For example, if you personally sponsor 5 agents who meet the sales requirements and they, in turn, sponsor additional agents who also meet the criteria, you can earn up to ₹2,40,000 annually for the production of each of those additional agents, in addition to the ₹2,10,000 earned from the agents you initially sponsored. Revenue share is paid from the percentage eXp receives and does not affect the agents’ commission.
