LAUNCHPAD 

Your gateway to mastering eXp Realty India’s cloud-based tools. This training covers lead management, REP tools, listings, and communication platforms, preparing you for success from day one.

PATH 1

This path propels an agent’s entrepreneurial mindset and builds basic estate agency skills for new agents to become productive through Sales Fundamentals, Door Knocking, Lead Conversation, Lettings overview and Estate Agency Business Planning.

MEETING

TRANSACTIONS TROUBLESHOOT 

First Thursday | 03:00 PM – 04:00 PM

Join us for our mandatory weekly meeting where we:

REP PLATFORM TRAINING 

Second Monday | 03:00 PM – 04:00 PM

Join us for our monthly REP Platform Training with Abbas Sayed. This hands-on session will cover:

  • Using the REP Platform: Step-by-step guidance on navigating and making the most of the platform.
  • Invoice Submission: Learn how to efficiently submit invoices.
  • Maximizing Platform Tools: Tips on leveraging the REP tools to boost productivity.

LEADPLUSS PLATFORM TRAINING

Second Tuesday | 03:00 PM – 04:00 PM

Join us for our monthly training session where we provide a comprehensive walkthrough of the Leadpluss CRM platform. Learn how to:

  • Effectively Manage Leads: Store, track, and organize your leads seamlessly.
  • Set Reminders and Add Notes: Stay organized with key follow-ups and detailed lead information.
  • Optimize Your Workflow: Utilize CRM tools to streamline your lead management process.

WORKPLACE PLATFORM TRAINING 

Second Wednesday | 03:00 PM – 04:00 PM

How the Rating Works

You’ll be asked to rate your likelihood to recommend us on a scale from 0 to 10:
  • 0-6: You’re considered a “Detractor” – someone who may not recommend eXp Realty and may have some concerns.
  • 7-8: You’re considered “Passive” – generally satisfied, but not enthusiastic enough to actively promote us.
  • 9-10: You’re a “Promoter” – you love what we do and would gladly recommend eXp Realty to others.

What Your Rating Means

  • Promoters help us grow by sharing their positive experiences and encouraging others to join.
  • Passives offer us opportunities to refine our services and turn satisfaction into enthusiasm.
  • Detractors highlight areas where we can improve, allowing us to take action and enhance the agent experience.

Enter your personal and professional details.

Confirmation Email

You’ll receive a confirmation from [email protected] titled: “Your eXp India Application Request Has Been Received.”

Our Onboarding Specialist will contact you to discuss:

  • If approved, you’ll move to “Waiting for Agent” status.

Agreement Signing

  • Watch our guide on how to sign your agreement and upload your Government ID below!

Completing Your Onboarding

Payment & GST Details

  • After signing the agreement and uploading your ID, you’ll receive a payment link via email and WhatsApp.
